Marshmallows have been underserved. Often stale or crunchy with a pungent vanilla that overwhelms rather than supports the delicacy of the product, marshmallows are overlooked again and again as merely an ingredient for other, "better" treats. We’re here to change that. Mallow & Hop currently offers 8 flavors of homemade marshmallows that vary from tart to sweet, conventional to exotic.
